Pro Tips From Tin Barrel Luxury Utah Beverage Bar
There is nothing better than a delicious cocktail while binging a good series, playing games with friends or family, or just while reading a good book. What I have noticed is, simple is better. THE KEY? Good quality liquor. Here are some of my personal favorites, with local spirits.
We call this beauty The Ascend, as we created it for a Signature Cocktail for Candle In A Dark Room, which is a Non Profit Organization in Utah for abuse survivors, created by a survivor.
The crisp lavender & citrus notes & tiny bubbles make this a personal favorite. Perk!! The butterfly pea will turn pink-magenta when it makes contact with citrus!
ASCEND
1.5 Holystone Cerulea Gin
1 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz of Lavender Syrup
Top with Limoncello Sparkling Water
Garnish with a spring of dried Lavender

Muddle blackberries & Raspberries & chopped mint in a separate glass
Fill crushed ice to the rim
Add 1 oz of muddled fruit
1.5 Holystone Vodka (this vodka is smooth & delicious) Holystone Distilling website
4 oz your favorite Ginger beer, OR use Ginger Ale! It’s just as delicious, but with a less potent Ginger flavor.
Garnish with Lime wheel & top with fresh berries on pick
BLOOD ORANGE OLD FASHIONED
This is a crowd favorite. It’s simple, it's sip-worthy, it’s classy, and classic!
Large ice sphere or square
2 oz High West Rye Whiskey
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Garnish with Blood Orange wheel & Thyme sprig
